On my 3rd visit to the Oregon coast, my first time to visit in the early morning, I was surprised at how blue everything appeared. I immediately set up my tripod and camera and began experimenting with exposure settings to see what I could do. I was pleasantly surprised at the end result. I get a feeling of mystery (the mist and the huge rock in the distance) mixed with a delicate beauty as the water plays with the sand.
